early 70's +2" 33mm sporty frontend. 23" from the bottom tree to the axle. The lowers have the top seal area trimmed as well as the fender mounts & drum brake tab removed. The lowers just need finished & recoated. The trees are in good shape. 7/8" neck stem.The 21 has a Hallcraft hub with new 17mm bearings for the sporty axle. The rim is 1.6 x 21 TAKASAGO. It is old chrome as well as the spokes. It is Nice for a rider, but not show quality. Needs wheel spacers made. The AVON is very useable.
